    the past month has seen a lot of racism and homophobia at my school. last night it escalated to someone wearing a KKK outfit near the african american heritage house. today the administration cancelled all classes and we all gathered together to talk about it.

    it’s hard to say anything on this issue that won’t be criticized…I have a lot of thoughts on this but for now: I can’t believe this is still happening in 2013, but I am so proud of my college and fellow students for showing their support.
